Our friends at the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic have taken their information virtual! The Law Library is proud to partner with the Legal Aid Society of San Diego to provide a Federal Income Tax clinic. The clinic assists low-income tax payers with IRS wage garnishments, bank levies, audits, EITC (Earned Income Tax Credit) denials, negotiated settlements, and other problems.

And, the best thing about this clinic is that you can get your questions answered without having to make the trip Downtown and pay for parking!

The Low Income Taxpayer Clinic is using Microsoft Teams to host their virtual clinic, BUT do not fear, you don’t have to have a Microsoft Teams account. You can just use the link provided above to video in or call the telephone number and password listed to attend the clinic Wednesday between the hours of 12:30 pm and 3:00 pm. People will be seen on a first come – first served basis.

How to access the virtual clinic by video:

  • From you Computer: you do have to have a web browser to open the link. Examples of web browsers are: Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Explorer, Microsoft Edge, and Safari
  • From you tablet or cell phone: You do need to download the Microsoft Teams App from your devices App Store
