- Submit a completed Borrower & Benefit application online through our refdesk email (email@example.com) or to any of our open locations. Photo ID and proof of resident address is required for Borrower applications. You may print an application form below and complete it, or ask for one at the iDesk.
- Pay the charges for the selected Borrowing and/or Benefit package. Currently, we accept payment via PayPal, credit card, check, or cash. If you submit your application remotely, we will contact you to arrange payment.
- You will receive a copy of the Borrowers Rules and a library card that allows you to check out materials and gain access to remote databases. For Benefit Holders, we will also give you a card with an assigned discount code.
