About the Program
Spend a Saturday morning with us and get two hours of Ethics MCLE Credit while learning from two experts about ethics rules related to law practice management. This presentation will focus on the ethics rules that are most likely to lead to trouble with the State Bar, including but not limited to the rules regarding advertising and dividing fees. This presentation offers two hours of Ethics MCLE credit for $25.
Coffee and light snacks will be provided.
About the Speakers
David Cameron Carr, Esq. specializes in legal ethics and the law of lawyering, including discipline defense, bar admissions, attorney fee disputes, legal malpractice, attorney professional responsibility and ethics advice.
Deborah Wolfe, Esq. is the founder of the Wolfe Legal Group, PC, and is an experienced trial attorney and certified specialist in legal malpractice and civil trial advocacy. For most of her career she has practiced as a solo practitioner or in small firms.
