We are currently open Monday – Thursday 9 AM-11:30 AM And 12:30 PM-3 PM and are accepting walk-ins without an appointment. However, we still have a number of remote services and resources available so you don’t have to come Downtown.

Many of you are familiar with the reservation system we have been using for you to make appointments to come in Downtown, but did you know you can make reservations for a phone call, email chat, or even a video conference? It’s true! Just use the same link except choose a remote service. These are 30 minutes appointments and you can reserve up to a week in advance. They are available Monday through Friday, between 11 AM and 3 PM.

In addition to the remote appointments, there a number of resources you can access on our website from anywhere. These include:

  • Motion and Practice Guides – These guides cover many topics. We have downloadable pleading paper. You can get the basics of family law discovery. Or, learn about how to deal with a default judgment. There are over 50 to assist you. Many include sample motions and other templates for documents you might need to file in court.
  • Special COVID-19 Pages – Relevant content in a dozen topics impacted by COVID-19. Topics such as businesses, employment, utilities, landlord-tenant, and more.
  • Legal Databases – Many of our databases can only be used at the Law Library, but several are available to you from home. Look for the ones with a green check mark in the Home column. These include Fastcase for case law and statute research and NOLO’s Legal Information Reference Center where can read over 100 how-to books about different legal topics.

And don’t forget our YouTube channel where you can find free MCLE recordings, plus videos to help you with legal research and tips on how to use our website.
