It’s Friday and time for another edition of Straaaaange Cases!

For reasons made obvious in this report but which will not be repeated here, a judge in Racine, Wisconsin recently reviewed the case of a young man in a library who was definitely not doing any research.

The judge set bond for $1,000 on condition that the man “stay out of all the libraries on the face of the earth.”

How will this be enforced? Will he have an RFID tag inserted just above the hairline to alert unsuspecting library staff?  I love this sort of stuff! guy-gets-banned-from-every-library-on-earth
