New FREE Know the Law Series Kicking Off in Vista

By Kelly on February 14, 2019//Leave a comment

Our popular Know the Law series is back for Spring 2019! Know the Law classes are held Thursday nights at the Vista branch of the San Diego County Library, starting at 6pm. Each session is 60-90 minutes long. The classes cover legal topics that you are likely to encounter in your daily life. This multiple part series is led by volunteer attorneys in their area of practice.

Join us on February 28, at 6:00 PM, for our first discussion which is about the law of Trusts and Estates.

This lecture series will provide a basic level of knowledge on a variety of legal topics including a short Q &A session. The schedule is as follows:

  • February 28: Trusts and Estates
  • March 28: Small Claims
  • April 25: Small Business Basics

The Law Library is proud to be partnering with the San Diego County Library’s Vista branch and the North County Bar Association to provide the Know the Law series of public lectures this fall.

These attorneys should NOT be considered as personal lawyers. You may be required to sign a waiver before speaking to an attorney that states that no attorney client relationship is being created with this free service. The lawyers are there to provide general guidance.
