New Guide for Remote Appearances in San Diego Superior Court

By Valerie on July 13, 2020//Leave a comment

So, now that the San Diego Superior Court is open for business, the next question is, how do we do business?

The Court is currently utilizing a combination of Court Call, Microsoft Teams to conduct court business. Court Call is being used for Civil, Probate, and Unlawful Detainer cases.  Microsoft Teams is being utilized for hearings for AppealsCriminal, Traffic and Minor Offenses, Civil Harassment Restraining Orders, and Family Law matters. And, YouTube is being used to livestream criminal hearings that are open to the public.

We’ve created a Remote Appearances Guide that will help you with your remote court appearances in San Diego Superior Court! Our Remote Access guide explains what these platforms are, and provides instructions and helpful links on how to use them.

This guide is just one of the many resources that we have made available to help you with your legal issues during the COVID-19 crisis. Check out our ClassesLegal Databases, and COVID-19 Legal Issues pages for more information! If you have any questions about our webinars or accessing our legal databases, please contact us via email or telephone for more information or assistance.
