The Law Library is participating in a pilot project with James Publishing that provides access to many of their titles as e-books. You can access 30 of James’ most popular titles. Many of the titles that are part of the program are no longer published in print so this is the only method to access them. Topics include social security disability litigation, insurance, discovery, criminal law, personal injury, and more. The forms from each title are available as well.
The e-books are available at patron terminals at our Downtown and Vista locations. After signing up for a computer, click on the legal database folder on the computer desktop, then click on the James Publishing subfolder. If you want to access the forms, then click on the James Publishing Forms link.
The pilot project is scheduled to end in November so come in and try it out.
