About the Speaker:
Harris J. Brumer, Esq. is a San Diego attorney practicing in the areas of family law, military law, and bankruptcy. He is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He has a Masters in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University and a law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Harris is the former Director of Legal Assistance at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar and has represented hundreds of clients in divorce, support, child custody, move-away orders, and domestic violence cases.
