Military Family Law MCLE Class Tuesday, June 25th
San Diego County has the largest concentration of active duty military and military dependents in California. Military life can present unique challenges in family law matters. This class, Military Family Law, will provide an overview of the issues that arise in family law matters involving service members and veterans.

- Frozen Benefit Rule
- Survivor Benefit Plan (SBP)

About the Speaker:
Harris J. Brumer, Esq. is a San Diego attorney practices in the areas of family law, military law, and bankruptcy. He is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He has a Masters in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University and a law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Harris is the former Director of Legal Assistance at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar and has represented hundreds of clients in divorce, support, child custody, move-away orders, and domestic violence cases.
