Membership Survey: We Need Your Input

How are we doing? How can we improve member services? These are questions that only you can answer.
We are committed to improving and continuing to be more of service to our members. Through a grant from the Association of Research Libraries’ LibQUAL+® program, we’ve launched a new survey of our members focusing on service quality.
As you are aware, Law Library funding has dropped significantly over the past few years so every day it becomes even more crucial to find materials and technologies that best serve members given the funding we receive. Surveys such as these help us see what you really need in your San Diego Law Library which then guides us in finding ways to best serve those needs.
The survey is short and should only take 7 to 10 minutes to complete. If you are a member and provide an email address, then you will be entered to win a $50 gift card. Click here to complete the survey. Thank you for your attention and support!

Open South Bay at least a half-day, even if you cannot staff it with a qualified librarian. Even a volunteer would be better than a closed library location. Make books accessible, even if you don’t allow them to circulate.

Thank you for your comment and concern about our South Bay location. As you may know, we are undergoing extreme financial hardships right now and we do not have the staff to keep the branch open, nor the money to continue to purchase and update books for the amount of usage the branch receives. On a positive note, be on the lookout for exciting news in early 2016. We are forming new partnerships that will allow us to continue to serve the South Bay community.
