Survival Guide for the High Profile Athlete will cover the differences between attorneys and agents and what they can and cannot do for athlete clients. What are the ethical rules and implications of discipline from those rules when applied to attorneys and agents? Specifically, determining who is the proper representative for an athlete? The differences between attorneys and agents (or college/high school advisors) and why it matters: knowing the differences will determine who to consult, hire, and when.
