About the Program
This talk will present the basic outline of the law of fiduciary duties. The talk includes a brief review of an eBook, The Law of Fiduciary Duties, available in the Library’s collection, which serves as a practical vehicle to find relevant cases in this area, to understand the thinking behind the cases, and to learn this field of law. The talk will also present some views on the impact of electronic research on the development of our law today.
