Q: Do you have an overview of collective bargaining agreements and sample forms?

A collective bargaining agreement is an agreement between the employer and the labor union, who represents the individual employee, on the wages, hours and other terms and agreements of employment.

Searching through Westlaw Next, I found Williston on Contracts, 4th edition, Chapter 55 which provides an excellent introduction to collective bargaining agreements including formation, interpretation and construction of the agreements. The companion treatise, Williston on Contracts, Forms provides several draft agreements.

Willison on Contracts, 4th edition is also available in print at our Downtown San Diego location.
