About the Speaker:
Marian Birge is a shareholder in Garcia & Birge, APC, a North County employment law firm. She has been litigating employment cases for more than 21 years, and is a trained mediator. She represents plaintiffs and defendants, and her areas of practice include employment discrimination, wrongful termination, business disputes, fraud, and contract issues. Marian is a former Vice President/Secretary for the Board of Directors of the North San Diego County Bar Association, and has served as an Adjunct Professor of federal civil procedure for Thomas Jefferson School of Law. She has authored chapters in two ABA books Sexual Harassment and Workplace Harassment, and has contributed articles to North County Lawyer Magazine.
