Learn how to lay the proper foundation when entering exhibits into evidence at trial and save face in front of judge and jury alike. This seminar will cover the proper foundations for admission of documentary and electronic evidence with concrete examples of exactly what to do and how to do it. A must for every trial attorney!

 

About the Speaker:

Mr. Mackenroth is a seasoned litigator and former corporate counsel having 17 years of progressive experience in business and insurance law and litigation, personal injury, commercial transactions, intellectual property, regulatory compliance and employment law.Within two years after graduating law school he became General Counsel for the first risk purchasing group ever to be formed in California and its off-shore reinsurer, and went on to become the Assistant General Counsel for one of the largest privately held insurance agencies in the United States.Now in private practice, he represents dozens of businesses and individuals in complex transactions, business litigation, personal injury, insurance law, and employment matters.
