Law and Science of DUI Rescheduled for Monday 12/16

By Valerie on December 10, 2019//Leave a comment

Many of you signed up for our MCLE “The Law and Science of Impairment,” scheduled for Tuesday, December 3rd. Unfortunately, we were closed due to a power outage caused by construction outside our building.  We apologize to everyone that was inconvenienced by the unexpected closure and cancellation of the MCLE class.

Fortunately, our gracious speaker, DUI Defense Attorney Eric Ganci, was able to reschedule this popular class for this Monday, December 16th. In addition to providing integral information to those who defend or prosecute DUI cases, it ALSO provides one hour of competence credit.

So, if you weren’t able to register for the first class, then this is your chance to learn all about the law and science of impaired driving

Date: Monday, December 16, 2019

He was awarded the “Lawyer-Scientist” designation by the American Chemical Society, Chemistry and the Law Section, and has tried over 60 jury trials to verdict.
