Did you know that the American Bar Association has designated May 1st as Law Day, a day set aside to celebrate the rule of law? We here at the Law Library take Law Day very seriously. We have partnered up with some of our favorite community organizations to bring the residents of San Diego County an opportunity to receive free legal consultations.
Saturday, May 4th, 2019, from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm
City Heights Weingart Library, 3795 Fairmount Ave., San Diego, CA
At the City Heights Law Day Celebration there will not only be volunteer lawyers providing free legal consultations, but there will also be free presentations by the ACLU, ACCE (Alliance of Californians for Community Empowerment) Action, local journalists, and community leaders. While you are there, stop by the Law Library’s table to learn about the resources and services we offer as well!
