Law and Comics 2018, Crowdfunding to Hollywood, is today, July 17! Join us for one of our most entertaining classes of the year. Don’t miss out when our special guests reveal their secret origins!

  • How did independent creator and publisher Batton Lash got started?
  • What did noted pop culture consultant, author, and reporter Rob Salkowitz do to find his niche?
  • How did Stu Rees become the attorney for cartoonists and the cartoonist for attorneys?

Were there radioactive arachnids, exploding planets, or gamma radiation experiments gone wrong? Probably not. But, find out their origins, and more, as Law & Comics 2018 is moderated by our host, Alec Beyer.

This year, in addition to free MCLE credit, we are giving away several prize packs featuring books by some of our speakers.

Join us today at the San Diego Central Library’s Neil Morgan Auditorium at 4:00 pm for Law and Comics 2018. And if you cannot be there in person, you can always check in with the Law Library’s Facebook page where we will be streaming it.
