Landlord Tenant Law Class Uploaded to YouTube
We know many of you wanted to attend Friday’s sold out Landlord Tenant Law Update webinar, and now you can… WHENEVER YOU WANT! We have uploaded the webinar to the law library’s YouTube Channel so you can watch it at your own convenience. This presentation is a must-view for landlords, tenants, or anyone representing either (or both).
During this informative class attorneys Joshua Tucker (of Law Office of Joshua Tucker) and Lila Gitesatani (of Legal Aid Society of San Diego) presented to a packed online audience about recent changes in landlord tenant law, including:
- Statewide rent caps
- Just-cause evictions
- Rent increase notice changes
- Changes stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic
If you need Continuing Legal Education credits, viewing this class via YouTube provides you with 1 hour of Self-Study CLE credit. And, we have also created a MCLE Self-Study Playlist on our YouTube Channel to make finding self-study classes easy!
And, remember, every three years California Bar members must complete 25 hours of Continuing Legal Education credits. Half of these credits must be participatory credits, and the other half are self-study credits. California Bar members in Compliance Group 2 (last names starting with H-M) will need to complete their CLE credits by January 31, 2021.
