Our popular Know the Law Series kicks off its Fall 2019 run of classes on Tuesday, September 17th. The sessions this fall will begin at 10:30 am instead of the evening ones in the past. The first seminar is “Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities: Tips on Selecting and Monitoring.”
This lecture series will provide a basic level of knowledge on a variety of legal topics including a short Q & A session. The schedule is as follows:
September 17: Elder Law: Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities: tips on selecting and monitoring
October 15: Trusts and Estates
November 19: Small Claims Law: How to Manage Your Small Claims Case
Know the Law classes are held Tuesday mornings at the Vista Branch of the San Diego County Library, starting at 10:30 am. Each session is 60-90 minutes long. The classes cover legal topics that you are likely to encounter in your daily life. Volunteer attorneys lead this multiple part series in their area of practice.
We are proud to be partnering with the San Diego County Library’s Vista branch and the North County Bar Association to provide the Know the Law series of public lectures this fall.
