Join us for Civics and You – Courts 101 on Saturday, February 27, from 2 pm to 4 pm at the Neil Morgan Auditorium at the San Diego Public Library @ Joan & Irwin Jacobs Common location at 300 Park Blvd Downtown.

This program, presented in partnership with the Foundation for Democracy and Justice, will provide insight into how the state court system works and how it relates to other government branches. Presiding Administrative Justice Judith McConnell will discuss the importance of these issues to you and your community. A brief question and answer session is included in the event.

Following the discussion, representatives from the San Diego Law Library will give a short presentation about their programs available to the public.

The Legal Aid Society of San Diego is participating also. They will be available for brief referrals and to provide information on local resources for those with legal questions.
