And what are the remedies?

About the Speaker

Eric Ludwig is an experienced trial lawyer with an extensive background in intellectual property and business litigation. He represents clients in complicated, high-value patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, employment law, and business dispute cases in California courts as well as in federal courts throughout the United States.
