Immigration law expert Ginger Jacobs passionately discusses options available to immigrant victims of domestic violence. Options include filing Petition I-360, obtaining a U visa or cancelling removal proceedings. After attending this program, immigration attorneys will know how to recognize and provide sound representation for victims of domestic violence.
About the Speaker:
Ginger E. Jacobs received her J.D. degree with cum laude honors from Harvard Law School in 1998. A “big firm” alum, Ms. Jacobs started her own firm, Jacobs & Schlesinger LLP, in 2004 with the goal of providing the highest quality legal services to individuals, families and businesses. She is deeply involved with immigration-related non-profit organizations and grassroots advocacy efforts for immigration reform and immigration equality.
