Stand Up Against Human Trafficking

We have exciting news to share!

To increase awareness on the issue of human trafficking, the Law Library is partnering with the Bilateral Safety Corridor Coalition (BSCC), to develop a legal community training program for lawyers, judges, and individuals in the legal community interested in learning more about this modern-day form of slavery. We will provide information about existing laws in a three-part series to take place at our Downtown Location.

The BSCC is a network of over sixty government and non-profit agencies in the United States and Latin America who combat slavery and human trafficking. These information sessions are possible thanks to the generous grant awarded to BSCC by the Lawyers Club Fund for Justice, the charitable giving arm of the Lawyers Club of San Diego.

Thanks for your interest in the program! It is going to be a great half-day workshop for attorneys and judicial officers. As such, there will be a registration protocol and seat limitation. If you are not able to get a seat at this program, there will definitely be more in the future.
