New Evictions Resource Guide

By Kelly on October 05, 2017//Leave a comment

The Law Library is pleased to announce we have added a new electronic guide on evictions (also known as unlawful detainer actions) to our Self-Help Center Landlord/Tenant section. It covers resources available for both landlords and tenants. The guide describes the basics of an eviction lawsuit, where to find in-person help at clinics, court procedures, forms, resources available at our Downtown and Vista locations and free websites. We even include information on appealing an eviction. It’s a one-stop-shop for everything you need to know about evictions!

The Law Library maintains a large collection of online research and motion guides, which are available on our website 24/7. Many guides even include pre-formatted sample motions for you to modify. Review our Guides page today!
