So, what is Small Claims Court? How is it different from a Civil Case? Small Claims Court is a special court where individuals (and sole proprietorships) with cases under $10,000 can resolve disputes in an informal setting without hiring a costly attorney. In this free webinar attendees will learn about the Small Claims process from a licensed attorney. This webinar is the second in our Know the Law series and is presented in partnership with the North County Bar Association.
