About the Program
This presentation is about selecting the proper corporate structure for a new business and will address the nuts and bolts of what to consider when determining the proper corporate structure for a new business. We will cover sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, and certain other considerations that may be relevant when forming a new business.
About the Speakers
Dylan Kornbluth, associate, Cooley LLP:
Dylan focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters that range from formation, corporate governance and venture-backed financings to mergers and acquisitions and initial and follow-on public offerings. His clients include international public companies, venture capital funds, consumer goods manufacturers and family offices.
Brandon Marsh, associate, Cooley LLP:
Brandon represents private and public companies in corporate and securities matters, including private financings, public offerings, M&A and corporate governance. While earning his JD, Brandon served as a director of the Harvard Law and Entrepreneurship Project, an organization providing pro bono legal services to startup companies.
