2015 – The Year of Water Law – as part of our year-long series highlighting the importance of water and water law to San Diego, we present…

San Diego has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. As you sunbathe, surf, and swim, have you considered the many laws affecting your coastal experience?

Can you drink at the beach? Can you walk your dog on the beach? Where can you sunbathe au natural?

Our speakers, Senior Park Ranger Lori Karolynn Estrada, Sergeant Rick Strobel, from Lifeguard Services, and an officer from the San Diego Police Department, will inform you on current regulations and answer your questions on beach issues.
