MCLE: One Hour General Participatory CLE Credit
Are you a legal professional that is interested in learning more about family law in order to do pro bono work or expand your practice? Are you a self-represented litigant that needs information to handle your own case? We are happy to partner with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program to bring you this online webinar. This program offers one hour of continuing legal education credit and is geared toward legal professionals with little or no family law experience who are interested in learning more about family law issues such as divorce, child custody, and child support.
Attendees will learn the legal basics and how to handle cases in light of changes to the legal landscape due to COVID-19. The training will also include an overview of San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program’s Family Law Clinic and how attorneys can volunteer to assist indigent family law litigants.
This webinar is just one of the many resources that we have made available to help you with you legal issues during the COVID-19 crisis. Check out our Classes, Legal Databases, and COVID-19 Legal Issues pages for more information!
