We’re happy to announce the start of another season of our popular Know the Law series. The pandemic means we’ll be offering these free short community service lectures via Zoom webinar, in partnership with the North County Bar Association.

About the Webinar

Our first presentation will be Wednesday, March 24, starting at 6 PM, with San Diego attorney David Daftary speaking on Landlord Tenant Law. Topics will include renters’ rights, landlords’ duties, and considerations during this time of COVID.

About the Speaker

David Daftary has been licensed to practice law in California for over 17 years. His law practice focuses on real estate litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, small business litigation, and personal injury cases. David currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the North County Bar Association.

For details and to sign up, visit our Eventbrite page, and we’ll send you a Zoom link prior to the webinar. Space is limited so sign up today. And, stay tuned! We will have more Know the Law events in the following months.
