The rules surrounding evictions are changing from moment to moment. This webinar, designed for both tenants and landlords, will provide an update on the newest federal, state, and local eviction laws. The speaker will also walk the participants through the San Diego Superior Court website to prepare for virtual hearings.

About this Program

This program is geared toward community members who are interested in learning more about the eviction process during the health pandemic. The presentation will include an overview of the eviction process, information about eviction moratoriums, and the virtual hearing process.
