Do you pay quarterly income taxes to the Federal government? Were you the recipient of a Stimulus Check/ Economic Impact Payment? Do you have questions about the Internal Revenue Service’s (IRS) response to the COVID-19 pandemic? This webinar is designed to inform attendees about what the IRS has done to assist taxpayers during the ongoing crisis.

This FREE community-oriented webinar will be held in both English and Spanish by representatives from Legal Aid Society of San Diego. They will inform attendees of key information in the Internal Revenue Service’s COVID-19 response, focusing on the expanded tax deadline, Stimulus Checks, and the services that they can provide at their Clinic. The speakers will discuss what steps people should take at this point and solutions to various tax filing issues.

Attendees will learn from Supervising Attorney Shahin Rahimi and Outreach Coordinator Wendy Romero of Legal Aid’s Low Income Taxpayers Clinic. Shahin will present in English while Wendy presents in Spanish.
