According to the Uniform Time Act of 1966 (15 U.S. 260a) , Daylight Savings Time officially ends at 2 o’clock antemeridian (that’s a.m.) on the first Sunday of November.  Sunday, November 3rd, is the first Sunday of November, so be sure to turn your clocks back one hour.
