The laws surrounding evictions have been changing rapidly over the past two years. Most recently, on April 22, 2022, the San Diego City Council passed a temporary moratorium on “no-fault” evictions for residential tenants, because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

This presentation will cover the latest legal updates related to this new local law, how it differs from the City’s longstanding Tenants’ Right to Know law, and how it will temporarily affect tenancies in the City of San Diego. This webinar provides important information for landlords and tenants!
