There are few things more disheartening than when you find out your client lied to you. Or the court. Or someone else that matters. We will discuss ways to avoid being put in that situation and what to do when it happens to you.


About the Speaker

David Cameron Carr specializes in legal ethics and the law of lawyering, including discipline defense, bar admissions, attorney fee disputes, legal malpractice, attorney professional responsibility and ethics advice. For 12 years, Mr. Carr practiced law as a staff attorney, discipline prosecutor and manager for the State Bar of California before returning to private practice in 2001.
