An amazing 85% of individuals never collect on their judgments! This is an incredibly high figure, and the reason is that individuals simply do not take the necessary steps to ask the court to enforce their judgments. In this one hour presentation, learn some of the step-by-step methods to maximize your recovery on a judgment, and when to renew a judgment to maximize the statutory 10% annual interest.
