Legal Assistance for San Diegans Over 60

Are you over 60 years old and have a legal question? Elder Law & Advocacy of San Diego has a Senior Legal Services Program that can help! They have attorneys that can meet with clients in East County, North County, South Bay and Downtown San Diego.

Attorneys of Senior Legal Services provide 30 minute counsel and advice sessions with an attorney licensed in the State of California. They can advise about a wide range of legal issues and benefits problems and are able to prepare some documents, such as Advance Healthcare Directives and Powers of Attorney. If they are unable to handle a legal issue, they will make every effort to refer to attorneys that can provide assistance, usually through the Lawyer Referral Service of the San Diego Bar Association. Or, if it is regarding trusts, they can refer to one of the trust attorneys ELA works with.

ELA often works at Senior Centers throughout San Diego County, but they also have virtual meetings in some locations. The San Diego Law Library is proud to work together to provide FREE video conference legal consultations at our Main Library the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month. Appointments are required for all locations, so please call Elder Law & Advocacy at 858-565-1392 to schedule an appointment at a time and location convenient for you!

This is great for me. I am a senior. I am a female who is 67 years young and have always been interested in the law and learning about every aspect of the legal profession.
