E-Filing at San Diego Superior Court

By Benita on March 08, 2013//Leave a comment

Good news!  The San Diego Superior Court now accepts e-filing of non-mandated civil cases filed on or after March 4th, saving you an extra trip to the courthouse.

Some of the benefits of e-filing include 24 hour access to filing and viewing court documents, as well as the ability to file or view documents from any location whether you are at your home or office computer. As Supervising Civil Court Judge Jeffrey B. Barton states e-filing will allow  “…increased access to court files…decreased processing time (which)…in turn benefits the public as the court can process and return filings faster.” For more information on the e-filing service, click here

The courthouse is partnering with One Legal to provide e-filing services, for pricing information, visit One Legal’s website
