Do you want to do something special with your Valentine but don’t want to leave the house? Do you enjoy a nice glass of wine and want to take your wine-tasting skills to the next level? Well, GOOD NEWS! You can do BOTH of these things while supporting the San Diego Law Library!

About the Event

The San Diego Law Library Foundation will be hosting a Virtual Valentine’s Day Wine Tasting Fundraiser with Wine Master Lindsay Pomeroy. Lindsay will take you on a flavor journey across the ocean to taste wines from Spain and France before returning you to California with a wine from the Napa Valley. So, bring your Valentine (or Galentines) and  break out your chocolate and charcuterie board  because this is an event you don’t want to miss!

About the Speaker

Lindsay Pomeroy developed a passion for wine while living in Italy and has been educating San Diegans about wine since 2006, when she founded Wine Smarties, San Diego’s first wine education school. Lindsay is the first and exclusive instructor for the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) and the French Wine Scholar (FWS) in San Diego.

Lindsay will be discussing the following wines, which you can purchase in advance from San Diego Wine & Beer Co.:

(1) Abadia De San Campio 2019 Albarino

(2) Le Vieux Donjon 2018 Chateauneuf du Pape

(3) Nickel and Nickel state Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2018
