Courthouse Alert on Email Communications

The San Diego Superior Court is alerting everyone that the court does not communicate with parties, via email or telephone, about their legal issues pending before the court. Recently, concerned citizens with cases before the San Diego Superior Court have received unsolicited emails claiming to be from the courthouse. The court cautions individuals who receive emails, supposedly from the courthouse, to delete them immediately. For more information, see the news release.
