About the Program
This class will discuss updated laws and science regarding impaired driving, including driving under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, and other drugs (including drugs of abuse and prescription drugs).
About the Speaker
Eric Ganci is a Staff Attorney on the Complex Litigation team at Casey Gerry. Before joining, Eric ran his own firm focused on representing people arrested for driving under the influence cases. He received his JD from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, his BA in Music Education from Northern Illinois University, and graduated from the Trial Lawyers College in 2013. Eric volunteers his time teaching trial lawyers across the nation with the Trial Lawyers College. He joined that staff in 2018. Before becoming a lawyer, Eric was a band director and private drum set and percussion teacher. On the side, Eric is an active musician with his San Diego live band karaoke group, Rock Out Karaoke, and has earned several musical accomplishments, such as opening for Anthrax and having Ving Rhames say “I like your band’s cd.” He is also a yoga teacher, certified and registered through the Yoga Alliance RYT 200 program.
