By Valerie on March 16, 2020//Leave a comment

Your safety is our priority. Under the San Diego County’s Public Health Officer’s guidance, both the Downtown and North County locations of the San Diego Law Library will be closed to the public as of Monday, March 16, 2020.

In order to continue to provide legal services to our patrons, we are working behind the scenes to provide limited reference services via telephone, email, and chat service.

We have also expanded the resources and databases available remotely, and can provide more information if you contact us.

At this time, SDLL has cancelled all classes, clinics, and events. If you have registered for a class or event, you should have already received an email from us via Eventbrite. If you had a scheduled appointment with one the clinics that meets at our facilities, please contact the legal service provider directly for further information.

If you currently have a item checked our through our Borrowing Program, the new return date is Friday, April 10, 2020. If you would like to return your items earlier, the Book Return is once again curbside on Front Street, albeit a little further down, and will be checked daily.

Please keep checking in with us and be on the lookout for further updates as the public health situation changes daily!
