Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Civil Appellate Self-Help Workshop is being held online.
Once you register you will receive info from the Legal Aid Society on how to access the workshop via zoom.
If you do not want to register online you can call the Legal Aid Society at 619-471-2781 and leave a message to register for the workshop. You will receive a call back with information to walk you through the registration process.
The workshop is conducted via Zoom with audio and video. If you do not have access to a computer, you can call in using a phone number and listen to the presentation.
Handouts and slideshows will be provided via email.
Are you a party to a civil case on appeal? If you need help working your way through the appeal process and have not retained an attorney, the Civil Appellate Self-Help Workshop can provide you with important information about procedures and resources that will help you handle your own appeal.
