The American Library Association has designated the first week in April as National Library Week and, this year’s National Library Week theme is “Connect With Your Library!”

We want the law library to be the place for you to connect with the legal resources you need. We have a staff of knowledgeable reference librarians to find the right resource for your legal issues.

To get started with your research, our staff has created a Self-Help Center that covers many common legal issues. The Self-Help Center connects you with clinics, legal forms, online and library resources, and guides that can help you!

We have 15 patron computers available to the public so you can access the the Self-Help Center and research your legal topic online using our 16 legal databases. These databases contain practical knowledge, sample forms, and cross-references more helpful resources.

And, speaking of helpful resources, we also have a YouTube Channel that contains “How-to” videos, including videos on using our legal databases, and over 60 MCLE self-study videos.

We also offer live webinars that provide both community education and participatory CLE credits. You can check out our upcoming classes on our Eventbrite page.

So please celebrate National Library Week with us! Visit the  law library and connect with us! Or, if you are unable to come to the law library, you can contact us . We are happy to answer questions or provide remote reference by phone or email.
