This one-hour class will provide the basics of California surrogacy law, including definitions of traditional and gestational surrogacy, California case law and statutes related to surrogacy, and practice pointers for drafting gestational carrier agreements.  You will learn why California is considered one of the most surrogacy-friendly jurisdictions in the United States and internationally.
