Cleaning up Your Criminal Record

Do to the COVID-19 Crisis, the San Diego Clean Slate Clinic has been cancelled until further notice.

The San Diego Reentry Roundtable and the South Metro Career Center holds a Clean Slate Clinic to assist members of the public clear their criminal record. Eligible offenses include misdemeanor and felony convictions which resulted in jail time and/or probation, NOT prison time or parole.

 

The Clinic can help you if:
1) You do not have any pending charges or outstanding warrants,
2) You are not on parole or have completed at least half of your probation term; AND
3) You have your California State Department of Justice (DOJ) RAP sheets, local criminal history, and/or case numbers from the Superior Court.

REGISTRATION: Phone (619) 940-7577 to determine eligibility and register for the clinic. Leave a voicemail message with your name, phone number and date of birth. Someone from the clinic will call you back to confirm you are registered. Walk-ins are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

 

Dates/Times

Clinic Hours are 10 am to 2 pm.

Participant Orientation Starts at 10 am.

Participant Intake  10 am to 11 am.

You must be signed in before 11AM in order to be eligible to receive services.  The Clean Slate Clinic cannot guarantee that everyone will receive services. ​
