Borrowers Can Now Use PayPal to Pay Account Balances
By popular demand, we have set up an online payment system through PayPal for our Borrowers to pay balances owed! Like many of you, we are working from home per the San Diego County Health Order issued on July 21, 2020. In order to make life easier for you, the Law Library is continuing to bring you the online services you need to research safely and efficiently. And, as an added benefit to our Borrower and Benefit Package holders, we have made three special legal databases available remotely.
The only catch is that your Borrower accounts must be in good standing to access these databases. But, it is difficult to pay your fines when we are not in the building to take your payment over the phone! So, you can now pay using PayPal online. PayPal allows you to make a secure payment using your computer, mobile device, or PayPal app. Just follow the instruction in this helpful video we have created and use your PayPal account, debit, or credit card to make your payment!
Once you make your payment, it may take up to a week for the system to update and allow you access to the new databases. Until then, you can always take advantage of our free document delivery to get the legal resources you need.
If you do not know your library card number, are a benefit package holder that did not receive a library card, need to renew your account, would like to join one of our programs, or have additional questions, please contact us via email or telephone and let us know a convenient way to contact you for additional assistance.
Online payment is just one of the many resources that we have made available to help you with your legal issues during the COVID-19 crisis. Check out our Classes, Legal Databases, and COVID-19 Legal Issues pages for more information!
