About the Program:
This talk will present the basic outline of the law of fiduciary duties. It will take the audience on a brief tour of an unusual eBook, available in the Library’s collection, which serves as a practical vehicle to find relevant cases in this area, to understand the thinking behind the cases, and to learn this field of law. When the reader has time, this eBook may even afford entertainment in the form of “legal fairy tales.”
