The San Diego Law Library is accepting applications for a librarian. This position is responsible for overseeing circulation, document delivery, interlibrary loan, and the library’s membership program. The person accepting this position would also be responsible for some daily time on the reference desk. This is an exempt professional position, 40 hours per week, including some Saturdays. This position is based at the main library in Downtown San Diego and may require travel to the three branches located in North County, East County, and South Bay.

Requirements: MLS or equivalent degree and two years of work experience in a library. Law Library experience is preferred. Knowledge and experience working with any ILS circulation system; however, Millennium III is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with outstanding customer service orientation. Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to public service.

Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with education and experience.
